Prior to starting My Sunshine Coast, Rachelle has over 15 years experience working with various corporations primarily in the Travel Industry and non-profit organizations. Her roles have been varied yet have always revolved around customer service, people management and delivering solutions that meet her clients’ expectations. Rachelle finds great joy in creating the tone and mood for the special moments in her clients’ lives…and then stepping back and watching unforgettable experiences unfold.

Charlene SanJenko, is a Creative Catalyst for Positive Change who enjoys bringing an entrepreneurial edge to social change. As an Enterprise Facilitator for non-profits and social or private enterprises, she builds strength, sustainability, and passion in people, organizations and communities working to generate solutions by accessing and supporting talent. Charlene's business experience in the financial services industry, law, accounting, and as an entrepreneur have given her a unique, well-rounded perspective from which to work with clients she enjoys and projects she is passionate about.

Melissa Tripp, the founder of Coastal Weddings and Events, has a love for weddings and events. The Sunshine Coast is where Melissa was born and raised and after working in Vancouver for 10 years in the Public Relations and Event industry she and her family decided to move back to the coast and realize her dream of helping people create picture perfect events in one of the most beautiful locations in the world. Melissa is known for her kind heartedness, complete devotion to her clients and calm and organized demeanor. Melissa has been planning events for over 10 years with a wide variety of experiences that range from weddings, multi day conferences, gala dinners, sporting events, community celebrations, Christmas parties, real estate openings, tours, reunions, family / childrens events, magic shows, book launches, meetings and fundraisers.
